Report:

The Interview took place in ADMC in Room C0001 on Tuesday 26^th, at 8.30; it started with Mr. Hedley CEO of Abu Dhabi Airport with two staff from the Human Resources Department. Ahmed Suroor talked about himself briefly and told us about his experience in his previous job in the Air Traffic Control in Dubai; he worked there for 5 years; he got many recognitions plus he was the best employee of the years 2009-2011-2012 in all the UAE. Ahmed Suroor was asked about his previous job; he said it was perfect but they gave him a low salary and that’s why he considered changing his job from Dubai airport to Abu Dhabi’s airport. He was also asked do you consider yourself creative; he said making planes land on ground successfully is something creative. They asked him what weaknesses he had and  he said no I do not, because weaknesses in this type of industry may lead to big disasters. i.e. airplanes will crash, They also asked him is it fine working at weekends and holidays; he said it’s OK if it is necessary.

Ahmed Suroor’s attire. He dressed very officially. He did have a lot of body language, which is a positive thing about him & he maintained good eye contact; he has a good tone. His posture was good.

Ahmed Suroor’s Language was so perfect. He has perfect grammar.

Ahmed Suroor  was well prepared for the interview. I’m sure he will be accepted for the job because he was self-confident and he has many recognitions & experience.
